1. Overview
By joining the TopTier Partner Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Program allows registered partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase tickets for TopTier events.
Participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- Affiliates must provide accurate personal and payment information.
- TopTier reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application for any reason.
3. Affiliate Registration
- Affiliates must apply via the official signup page.
- Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and access to marketing resources upon approval.
- Affiliates are responsible for keeping their login credentials and referral links confidential.
4. Referral Links & Tracking
- Referrals must be made using the unique affiliate link provided.
- TopTier will track valid referrals through clicks, cookies, or other tracking methods.
- Only purchases completed through your referral link within the tracking period (e.g., 30 days) qualify for commissions.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
- Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising to promote TopTier events.
- Modify or cloak referral links to misrepresent the source.
- Offer incentives or discounts not authorized by TopTier to generate referrals.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
